Los Angeles City halts tear downs and mansionization in Los Angeles - Mary Cummins, real estate appraiser

I was wondering why so many people were contacting me about my mansionization articles. I didn't realize Paul Koretz made a motion to temporarily halt demolition of historical type homes and the approval of permits for homes too big for their lot. This will cover Beverly Grove North where I lived. They will be reducing the FAR with some bonuses for green building and specific designs.
